About Me
I am Director and Life Coach at Glow Coaching I set up Glow Coaching in order to work with clients on bespoke 1-2-1 or workshop basis. I have developed extensive skills and experience and have helped 100’s of people grow in confidence and move towards achieving their dreams, in life and love. Aiding them in learning to be their own best friend, gaining self acceptance and great confidence along the way to acheiving a life they love!

- Masters Level Post Graduate Certificate in Personal Coaching and extensive coaching experience.
- Qualification in Careers Guidance (QCG) over 3 years careers guidance and coaching experience as a Careers Guidance Practitioner .
- Membership of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
